The warranty period of press is 12 months from the end date of acceptance on customer’s site.
During the warranty period, we shall provide spare parts and necessary maintenance guidance free of charge for any abnormal wear and tear of the press components, as well as damage caused by press failures (not operational errors).
If the press is damaged due to operational errors or other human factors during the warranty period, we can also provide repair service in a favorable price to avoid cost-intensive replacement.
After the warranty period expires, the timeliness of our service is the same as within the warranty period. We are responsible for assisting customer in equipment maintenance (only charging reasonable fees according to the situation).
We will provide the necessary operation and maintenance training for operators. After training, they will be able to operate the equipment independently and correctly, diagnose faults and make simple repairs. Operators will learn about all the functions and features of the presses that will enable them to work efficiently and effectively. This includes basic press principles, component identification, safe operation, press setup, control functions and features, use of accessories, etc.
Mechanical technicians will learn the basics of press maintenance, repair, and damage limitation, including the mechanical principles of presses, maintenance and repair, safe operation, setup and debug, preventive maintenance, etc.
Electrical technicians will understand the electronic systems of presses so that faults and hazards can be prevented and responded to quickly and effectively. They will learn about control functions and features, control operation, programming, system calibration, drive motor interfacing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, component replacement, etc.
Safety is the highest priority during production. Our expert safety training will support you in: prevent personnel injuries and machine failures caused by incorrect operations; reduce accidents caused by poor safety knowledge; minimize sudden machine operation interruptions through routine maintenance.
Regular press maintenance and inspections can help you avoid unexpected faults and costs. This helps reduce unplanned downtime, avoid unnecessary costs, improve press efficiency and extend press service life.
Normally, the procedure includes:
> Develop Preventive Maintenance Protocol
> Schedule Preventive Maintenance Inspection
> Wear Parts Replacement
> Oil Testing
> Filter Programs
We will evaluate the functions, safety, operation conditions according to preventive maintenance inspection. For example:
Foundation (cracks, wear, press movement)
Frame (cracks, level, secure components)
Wear and key components
Connections
Slide clearance
Gears
Drive shaft
Pneumatic system settings
Lubrication system
Bolster alignment and security
Electrical controls
Operation and alarm information
We provide lifelong maintenance and repair services. During the warranty period, we provide repair service free of charge if damage caused by press failures (not operational errors). If the press warranty period expires, or damage is caused due to operational errors or other human factors during the warranty period, we can also provide repair service in a favorable price to avoid cost-intensive replacement.
Excellent customer service is our highest priority. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service both before and after the order.
