Ø    The   1600T press utilizes self-developed servo motors and control systems to achieve triple regulation of pressure, speed, and position, enabling ±0.01mm high accuracy stamping.

Ø    Equipped with intelligent stamping modes including pendulum, drawing, embossing, and free programming operation modes, the press can meet the process needs of diversified automobile parts. When producing parts of complex shapes such as automotive interior parts, through the free programming mode, the press can accurately stamp according to preset process paths and parameters, realizing the single-stroke forming of parts, reducing secondary processing, and improving production efficiency and product quality.
