Jiangsu Press Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as JIANGSU PRESS) was established on June 21, 2023 in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, No. 9 Yangzijiang South Road, Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. JIANGSU PRESS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou S-T Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, JIANGSU PRESS is constructing a new modern servo press manufacturing factory which will be completed in December this year. After put into production, the annual production capacity is expected to be more than 300 sets of servo presses of various series and models.
At the project construction site, it can be seen that the modern factory building has been built, and workers are carrying out construction work such as floor laying and truss welding.
The project covers an area of more than 18,000 square meters, and it is planned to purchase about 20 sets of traveling cranes to build a servo press production line. The project obtained the construction permit and started construction on June 5. It has now completed 80% of the total work and is expected to be completed by the end of December 2024. So far, the main building, steel structure, and frame have been basically completed, and it has now entered the stage of interior decoration.
The new factory is located in the Comprehensive Bonded Area in Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, with the advantages of convenient logistics, import and export. Besides, Yangzhou has many partners who produce similar products, and S-T Intelligence plans to establish cooperative relationships with them in the future.
As an upgraded product of traditional mechanical presses, servo motor-driven presses can precisely control motor movement and have huge market potential. Relying on its product advantages, S-T Intelligence, the parent company of JIANGSU PRESS, has entered the supply chain of domestic battery manufacturers, focusing on localized substitution of servo presses. We already have more than 30 patents of the main transmission structure and key components of servo presses. In the future, JIANGSU PRESS will become the main production base of S-T Intelligence, contributing to the realization of localized substitution of servo presses in China.
