- Precision Control: The 1600T press utilizes self-developed servo motors and control systems to achieve triple regulation of pressure, speed, and position, enabling ±0.01mm high accuracy stamping. This ensures dimensional consistency for critical components like body panels, directly enhancing vehicle structural integrity. 

- Process Versatility: Equipped with intelligent stamping modes including pendulum, drawing, embossing, and free programming operation modes, the press can meet the process needs of diversified automobile parts. When producing parts of complex shapes such as automotive interior parts, through the free programming mode, the press can accurately stamp according to preset process paths and parameters, realizing the single-stroke forming of parts, reducing secondary processing and improving production efficiency and product quality.

- Customized Service: According to the customer's specific parts' mold needs, S-T Intelligence has customized mold installation and commissioning services to ensure the perfect adaptation of the mold and press. Quantifiable Intelligent Manufacturing Outcomes

After the project was successfully put into production, the company's production data achieved a comprehensive breakthrough:

- Quality Enhancement: Defect rate reduced from 10% to 5%, translating to annual savings of ¥500,000 (based on 100,000-unit production at ¥100/unit cost).  The high-precision stamping of the 1600T press makes the qualified rate of the products increase from 90% to 95%. If the annual output is 100,000 pieces and a single piece costs 100 yuan, the annual loss of scrap decreases from 1 million yuan to 500,000 yuan, which means the profit increases by 500,000 yuan. The product quality has been significantly improved and the market competitiveness of the enterprise has been enhanced;

- Production Capacity Expansion: The fast-stamping speed and stable continuous operation capability of the 1600T press improve the output of automobile parts. Assuming that the original daily output of automobile stamping parts is 1,000 pieces, the output can be raised to 1,200 pieces after using the press. If the profit of each product is 50 yuan, the output can increase profits by 10,000 yuan every day;

- Market Growth: Efficiency improvement enables the enterprise to take more orders. If the previous capacity constraints, the enterprise can only undertake 10 million yuan of orders per year. After using the 1600T press, the order capacity expands to 12 million yuan of orders. According to the profit margin of 15%, an additional 300,000 yuan of profit is created per year. The increase in production capacity enables the enterprise to complete more orders on time, meet market demand, and increase customer satisfaction and market share.
